Vistra Rebrands Another Of Its Asia-Based Acquisitions

 has rebranded OIL, one of its Asia-based companies, under the Vistra name, adding to a series of similar moves.

The process started when Vistra merged with OIL, a company formation specialist, in 2011. OIL, a 30-year-old firm, will form the basis of Vistra’s company formation division.

"Originally branded Offshore Incorporations Limited, OIL for short, we pioneered the use of offshore entities in Asia as a means of opening up trade, investments, and capital market transactions to the rest of the world. As the business has developed and expanded beyond Asia, it makes sense to align under the Vistra brand," said Martin Crawford, OIL's chief executive.

In December last year, Intro International, a Singapore-based corporate services firm focused on international expansion, rebranded as Vistra, following its acquisition by the group bearing that name in June 2016. Intro International provides corporate secretarial, accounting, and tax compliance services. Its portfolio of international clients includes trading companies from the UK and Australia looking to establish an operation in Singapore. The rebrand saw the teams from Intro International relocate to Vistra’s existing offices in Singapore.
